I accidentally sent a buyer the wrong item, then sent him a return label. At the same time, I also sent the buyer the correct item. Now the increasingly botched software from eBay or the stupid AI wants me to issue a refund for the buyer! I was apparently very fair after all and have probably already suffered enough damage! So, to all the smart-alecks, how can I tell eBay that the transaction has been completed to both parties' satisfaction? Please give a proper answer, not an “I’d just try it this way.” If eBay were to initiate an unauthorized refund tomorrow, then there may be very big problems, because I will not put up with eBay making payments with my money without asking and, above all, without being authorized to do so.
