eBay seller scam
Summary: The discussion, titled "Ebay Verkäufer Betrug," involves participants discussing issues related to fraudulent activities by sellers on eBay. leofriedric-97 initiated the conversation, and perfect-sally and bootyooty responded with their experiences or concerns regarding this matter. I bought an item 1 1/2 months ago, the seller kept asking me for a couple of days' time, which I accepted. Unfortunately, he doesn't respond at all now, and I wanted to cancel the purchase now, but now it always says.
"Unfortunately, the deadline for a request with eBay has already expired, but you can still contact the seller to resolve the problem. Requests can be made up to 30 calendar days after the last estimated delivery date."
Does that mean the seller has already received the money and I have no chance anymore, is there an email or phone number from eBay where I can maybe clarify this with a person?

Mentor2 months agoHi @leofriedric-97 if you paid with Paypal or Klarna, you still have buyer protection there.
Paypal = 180 days after payment,
Klarna = 120 days after payment.
So report a "not received item" there.

Mentor2 months agoWith eBay, all deadlines are over; you shouldn’t let yourself be put off!
Try reporting an item not received through the payment provider, eBay can’t help anymore.
And here we’re all human 😉

And I’d strongly recommend that you register as a business! It can get expensive! And image theft in case of copyright infringement can also cost quite a bit!
