eBay doesn't pay out the money

I sold two completely ordinary things on eBay, received the money, shipped them. All good.
eBay has blocked my account; there’s no exact explanation.
The money I received has now also been released, but I can’t transfer it to my account - only once the account is free again. But it’s permanently blocked. Emails get a standard reply.
No response regarding my payout. What can I do ?

OP3 weeks agoOh, one more thing, I’m a retiree, my grandson gave me the card to sell, because a retiree can always use money - immediately and not only in 190 days

What does eBay think why people sell something? Because they can really use the money!
Then I’ll probably follow the advice and have a formal demand notice drawn up. Because there is no basis for withholding my money from me. If I hadn’t sent it, okay, then I could understand that. But like this, for no reason - and now please don’t come back with the standard answer that I’m a security risk. I may not be physically fit, but I am mentally. Even at 85 years old I know what is right and wrong.
In my entire life, no one has ever called me that before.
But the internet is full of sudden account suspensions and withheld funds.
I’m going to wait another 1 week now; if my money still isn’t in the account then, I will take this step.

OP3 weeks agoSo, now I’m getting an email that my selling costs have been switched to daily. What nonsense, there won’t be any anyway.
No one is saying specifically when I can transfer my money to myself

How am I supposed to change that to daily then. I can’t even get as far as the payout.
It says there, will be paid out when the account is open again ?
I’m surely not seriously going to wait 190 days for my money

But your setting is already on daily. So you don't need to change anything there anymore.

For suspended user accounts, payouts are initiated within 190 days. Please set your payout settings to daily if you haven't already done so.
