Ebay is just deducting postage costs from me even though they've already been paid

I’d like to know whether this has also happened to any of you, that they simply withhold “fees” — in my case €4.19 in postage costs — EVEN THOUGH the buyer paid the full postage costs and has already received the package four days ago.
I’m not getting any answers to my questions, just nonsense. I sold the item for €29.40 and they only transferred €25.00 to me, and that as a private seller.
I don’t understand this. With this stupid chat bot, none of it makes any sense either. You don’t have a normal contact person. So they just pocket the money and that’s that. What have you done in such a case? Thanks for any answers that could help me.

you have two options to create a shipping label
you buy it from the shipping provider and thus pay upfront. Ebay transfers the full sale proceeds to you, including shipping costs.
You create the shipping label through ebay, then the amount is deducted from the total proceeds.
The shipping costs are in any case an expense item.

27,99 €
Sales costs
Transaction fees
-4,20 €
Shipping label
-6,19 €
Order revenue
17,60 €
The amount of the order revenue will be credited to your account. If more labels are bought on Ebay, these can of course also reduce your available balance.

Who pays for the shipping together with the item price to you, and who is responsible for the shipping and pays the postage with the money that came from the buyer?
And of course that is then deducted from the total price, because you did collect the postage costs from the buyer.
And one more tip: only ship WITH tracking if you don't want to lose money and goods, and DHL parcels aren't insured either!
