eBay credit cannot be selected
Hello, I have an eBay balance of €14 and want to buy an item for €6, but my balance is greyed out, I can't select it. Why ??

Mentor1 week agoNot all items can be paid for with credit, and only purchases within Germany.

OP1 week agoyes thanks for the reply, the item comes from Germany ( according to the info ). Ok but can’t you somehow indicate this at checkout when paying, that this item cannot be paid for with the credits ?? that would be a good suggestion... Best regards

Mentor1 week agoYes, that’s a good suggestion, but since we don’t know exactly what it could be hanging on in your case, there could definitely be other reasons too.
And in my opinion, that should be displayed BEFORE a purchase if payment with credit is not possible.
