eBay Plus account
Hello, for several days now my Ebayplus account hasn’t been showing any data anymore for points received or redeemed. My points overview shows “0”.
Switching browsers and turning off ad blockers didn’t help. Has anyone else had the same problem?

OP2 weeks agoThank you very much. I had trouble communicating with the "assistant". I would have liked to discuss this by phone.
But I wasn’t understood. I was supposed to get help with the eBay account instead of the eBay Plus account.

Mentor2 weeks agoIn the end, you should be glad if you didn’t have any phone contact, because unfortunately that often fails because of the language barrier of the phone jokers. The eBay employees here can certainly help further or at least forward you to the responsible department.
