Hello everyone,I am an Ebay Plus member and have started a return.Unfortunately, for the return label I am only shown a QR code.Is that new?However, I would like to print the label at home and drop off the prepaid shipment at the Hermes parcel shop.Is there a way to still print the shipping label?Please help!Best regardsDienoeph

Hello @dienoeph Basically, you prepare the package all the way except for the label, and the Hermes employees scan the QR code and then stick the label on. Basically, it makes hardly any difference for you, but it saves even more money because you don't have to print anything. Thanks for your tag @meinehexe11 Best regards Samantha
