Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my newly listed item and hope that an eBay moderator can help briefly here.
I listed a Breitling watch for 4,050 € as Buy It Now (Valid until canceled). Unfortunately, the blue check mark for authentication verification is not shown for my item, although all criteria are met.
Here are the details of my listing:
Item number: 267765291976
Category: Watches & Jewelry > Watches, Parts & Accessories > Wristwatches
Item location & shipping: Germany
Item attribute "Customized": No / No modifications
Selling price: 4,050€
I have already checked the listing via the desktop browser, re-saved the category as a test, and checked whether a tick was mistakenly set for "Customized". The listing is completely cleanly set up, which is why it must be a system error / technical bug when being read in. There are also no bids or offers yet.
Could a moderator please take a look and activate the listing for authentication verification in the system or forward the error to IT?
