I accidentally mentioned a manufacturer's address with "www. xxxx" in an offer. This offer was then objected to by ebay because it does not comply with the guidelines .I then ended the offer and it is now listed under "not sold". Now neither editing nor complete deletion of this offer is possible, i.e. I continue to receive notices/"threats" from ebay that I should edit this offer...... which of course does not work. Telephone help from ebay was unsuccessful....
