where and how do I need to upload a return label provided by eBay?

I’ve just added the tracking number internally in the return request. Please get in touch with us again if your seller does not issue you a refund within two business days after receiving the return shipment.

Mentor2 weeks agoAs has often been read here, the return label should be in the attachment of the email you received in your email program, where you can download it.
Have you already checked there?
And if the label was not created through the return, it may not be possible to enter the tracking number yourself within the return; instead, you should get in touch here again so that an eBay employee can add the number. Before that, let the seller know the number by message.

the email says
"View return details.
On the following page you can edit the tracking information."
but on the following page I can't enter the number anywhere.
it says at the end "Return started" and I would receive a return label.
But I have already received the email from eBay customer service.
