Withheld amounts with a payout period of over 14 days
I also haven't received my money, even though the shipment was already confirmed by the buyer 3 days ago.
These are 2 orders with the note that the withheld amounts will only be available on 30/6/26 and on 02/07/26.
I can't find any email from customer support, maybe someone can help me?

Hello @we-1515 and thanks for your post! Behind the scenes, the cause of the delayed display of the release date for your earnings is already being investigated, please be a little patient while we can get back to you with an update on it.
I took a look at the rating you received and yes, the part of the rating that relates to the payment seems more like feedback for eBay or customer service than for you. However, the rating also contains a complaint about the condition of the item. Because of that, it is not a clear-cut case for removal. I recommend that you respond directly to the rating; potential buyers will see that too.

The buyer wanted to write to customer support, but accidentally left this review in French.
He just wanted to prove that he had transferred the money.

You have 3 current ratings as a seller and one of them is not positive. You are of course listed as a new seller and it may well be that something is withheld at first.
