Payment withheld, item arrived
Hello,
Several weeks ago, I sold an item that also arrived with the buyer. Neither DHL nor the buyer have confirmed that the card arrived, but I do have proof from the chat from the buyer that the card has arrived. Can I somehow get the payout with that information?

from DHL, private senders only get proof of delivery if it was sent by registered mail or as a parcel
buyers also cannot confirm delivery on eBay; they can only leave feedback - and that normally has no influence on how quickly the payout happens
