I listed a product for sale on eBay. In the auction, the buyer was able to win the product. After that, the purchase amount appeared as withheld funds for me. I had my shipping label created via the eBay shipping option and dropped the package off at the post office. And days later it was then at the post office branch near the buyer. The buyer did not pick up the package for several days. Now, for five days, DHL tracking has said that the recipient collected the package. However, the status that the package was collected does not appear in eBay in the shipment tracking. All previous details about the shipment are visible in eBay and match the DHL tracking. So my question is: Who do I need to contact to get this fixed? Or rather, when can I access the money. The buyer also has not responded even once to my direct messages so far.

you’re a new seller, so it can take longer for the payout.
eBay’s tracking is lagging behind, so you can forget about that.
A buyer can give you positive feedback, but that won’t speed up the payout.
