Withheld amount stuck – error during refund / cancellation

Hello everyone,
I need your advice, as a cancelled sale is stuck in my system and the money has been withheld since September.
It’s about the item Titan Two (sold on September 14, buyer: ammo_9707). The buyer wanted to cancel the purchase (“bought by mistake”).
However, I’m getting the following error:
“Your order could not be cancelled because there was a problem with the refund.”
In the overview, it still says: “Withheld amounts - cancellation not yet resolved”.
A case for an item not received has now been closed, but the money is still blocked and the cancellation still can’t be completed.
Has anyone ever had this refund error and know how to get it sorted out as quickly as possible through support?

Mentor1 week agoHey @m.gezm call the phone number listed in the eBay legal notice there and sort it out by phone, that should be the most effective way
