So one of the orders arrived today. The payout usually takes place within the next two business days.
The other shipment, according to DHL, has not yet been delivered, which is why no payout has been made here either.
Your buyer can’t do anything about that, so there’s no reason to exclude this one from your purchases.

Mentor1 week agoIf it was only demonstrably delivered today, what do you expect then? Do you have a proper delivery scan from the provider?
And the buyer has nothing to do with that at all, and he’s not withholding your money either.
What does it say under Payments? Was anything possibly withheld, or until when can you expect a release?

OP1 week agoIt's mainly about the 1st delivery.
I also didn't say that the buyer is holding back the money, but rather that eBay is withholding it.
I couldn't find anything about a release.
My payment setting is "daily"
