Retained credit
I sold and shipped an item privately seven days ago, and it arrived at the buyer’s two days later.
But my eBay balance is still being held back. What could that be due to? Would really like to have my money :-)

Mentor2 weeks agoYou only have 3 recent ratings as a seller and are therefore listed as a new seller. Then you immediately sell items that are a bit more expensive. eBay takes a closer look at that, and the payout just takes longer.

OP2 weeks agoOk thank you very much. I had sold a similar item before and it also only took two days, as stated in the terms and conditions. So I was a bit confused.
