An item was sold and picked up. The pickup code was handed over and entered on EBAY and accepted by EBAY. Ebay then transferred the invoice amount.In the order details it still says: "Orders that still need to be shipped" for this item.That should have been taken care of with the entry of the pickup code.The pickup was also confirmed in the item details.Where is the error?Who can help me with this?At EBAY support, only AI with limited knowledge is no help Thank you in advance
