Let a customer bid again...
A good customer I know - linus 333 - tells me that he can no longer bid with me because he supposedly hasn't paid. I don't have anything outstanding. What do you have to do so that he can bid again? perkeox-priv

If you buy something, then you pay for it.

Mentor1 week agoI would never let users who are on the ban list, for whatever reason, back in again. That only brings additional trouble!

you probably have set in your blocking settings that buyers with X non-paying buyer strikes cannot buy from you.
You could either change the blocking settings (which I wouldn't recommend) or add this person to the exception list if you want to allow them to buy from you:
