Starting on September 27, there will be a new EU rule that requires a warranty label for all online marketplaces. While platforms like Kaufland, Amazon, and Otto have already implemented this automatically, it still seems unclear on eBay when and how this will happen. So far, I haven’t found any information about this in the eBay help pages.
I’d like to know how other sellers and buyers are dealing with this upcoming change. What measures should we take as a community to meet this requirement? Has anyone here already contacted eBay about this new feature, or is there any insider information that could help?
