I proceed as follows:
my eBay - summary
then the message appears - "to continue we need your contact information"
and then: "complete account details"
I want to do this by setting the info from Germany D to Switzerland CH and then entering the phone no. in Switzerland.
But the system keeps switching back to D - I don't have any way to fill in the data.
I'm totally blocked - and eBay phone support didn't help me either (and the assistant is a disaster) Who can help me??

glad you got in touch.
I’d be happy to help you. Please try the following:
eBay.de open and log in.
Go to eBay.de/up or head to My eBay → Summary.
Complete/update the contact details with the new address, but without changing the site ID DE.
If the update was successful, let us know again. The change of the site ID to CH will then be carried out by eBay.

Mentor3 weeks agoAs far as I can see, your account is registered in Germany, so there’s nothing that can be done about entering data in Switzerland. That can’t be changed.
An eBay employee will get in touch here and tell you more about it.
