Restriction of my account

Hello, I’m writing here for the third time now, because I still don’t know what I can do so that the verification can be completed. I submitted my ID 8 days ago and it still says that my account is restricted and that the remaining balance is still being withheld. What can I do about this and how much longer can I expect it to take?

OP1 month agoI was shown open issues, namely the verification and 2 tracking numbers that I didn't provide but added afterward. If I go to open issues now, it says there are no open issues. And I bought all the labels through eBay, so the shipping labels. I don't understand what I'm supposed to do now! These restrictions only started since I made a payout over €1000.

I was merely pointing out to you that an ebay employee asked you for patience, while you had opened a new thread and meanwhile also wrote a post in another thread about the same topic.

an eBay employee had already explained to you 3 days ago that the problem is known, and she also said that she can’t say when the error will be fixed.

OP1 month agoBut it can't be that you have to wait more than a week for verification. They simply withheld €180 and the goods (cards) have long since been shipped and arrived. Is there any way to speed this up?
