Hello, there was already a similar topic, but without a reply function.Do you (m/f/d) actually have to state the contents for lost registered mail shipments in order to receive the insured amount?If so, would I then get compensation for stamps / trading cards / other securities? / Can these be regarded as documents in the broadest sense or not?What about other goods? Internationally it's difficult because of customs, but within the EU it could be possible, right?As is even advertised by Deutsche Post within Germany.
