Setting it up doesn't work
Summary: magiccat14 is having a problem listing items on a platform. Despite providing the correct details and disabling browser extensions, the listing still doesn’t work. perfect-sally suspects a verification issue and contacts a platform employee, while mia@ebay confirms that accounts that haven’t been used for a long time need to be verified again. magiccat14 has made some updates, but isn’t getting any further instructions for verification.
Hello and greetings to everyone,
I've been trying for days to list a few things. I've filled everything in, required fields, shipping method, photos included. The list button is blue, I click it, it only turns gray, nothing else happens.
I've updated Fixefox, tried everything I could find in the info:
disable uBlock Origin
disable eBay activity tracking
seller account is ok
selling limit is ok
nothing marked in red
I would be very grateful if someone could help me

thank you very much for your post. Please check all the details in your personal information (also under the addresses) and your bank account and save them. Since you haven’t used the customer account for some time, the details need to be confirmed and verified again.

I received emails saying that payout settings, personal data, and payment settings were updated.
Bank account updated with TAN, "You added the bank account ending in **** as a payout method.
There is nothing about verifying that says what else needs to be done.

Does your bank account run under the same name as the ebay account?
The bank account is verified with ebay?

OP3 weeks agoYes, I haven't sold anything since last year. Bank account is under the same name as my eBay account.
Verification should actually already be done, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sell anything last year, would I? Or did I miss something?
