Hello
I want to open a business account and can't add payment methods, or I don't get any selection shown like e.g. PayPal
Am I doing something wrong
Under 'Account' I don't see the Settings tab, so I can't enter a legal notice etc.
Does anyone have any advice :)

you don’t set the payment options yourself, eBay does, since payments always go to eBay first and not directly to you. Take a look at the relevant help page for more info.
You also don’t set the legal notice yourself; eBay does that based on the information in your account.
Some details can only be entered once you list an item.
