EPR
Summary: vergaserland is looking for information on registration with waste disposal authorities in the EU and is having trouble finding a complete list with prices and requirements. meinehexe11 suggests looking on an eBay Community page for more information. miriam@ebay explains that a complete list is not currently available because implementation is still developing in many EU countries. eBay is working to provide reliable information and will add it in the seller portal in the future. vergaserland thanks them and asks for details on EPR requirements and meeting deadlines at eBay.
I've already searched the forums here but found nothing about it. It's about registration with the respective disposal authorities in the EU. Unfortunately, I keep searching and searching, but I can't find a complete list of the individual countries with prices and requirements anywhere. Even finding the individual sites without accidentally ending up on a page that does pass the info on but is an intermediary and also takes a commission is very hard to figure out. Has anyone here already had any experience with this?

Hello @vergaserland and thanks for your question! Unfortunately, we do not yet provide a complete and reliable list for all EU countries at the moment. The reason is that implementation is still developing in many countries, and in some cases it is not only difficult for you to clearly identify the responsible authorities and the correct registration route. Depending on the country, registration takes place either directly with a national authority or via a Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO).
We are currently working together with Interzero to identify the relevant institutions, official registration portals, and the correct registration routes. For selected countries, we also want to make this information available in our seller portal in the future.
We understand that the research is currently time-consuming, especially since it is often hard to distinguish between official portals and commercial service providers. As soon as we can provide reliable information for more countries, we will add it to our help pages.
Best regards
Miriam

OP3 weeks agoMany thanks first of all for the detailed answer. Generally, when it comes to advice and service, I can only praise eBay very highly, and I really mean that, but as for the EPR, this is the first time someone from eBay has taken a position, even if the statement is only that they themselves still know very little right now.
But now the question. Does eBay still maintain that until the deadline it will only be possible to ship to the countries where a registration has been made and uploaded on eBay... even though many of the exact laws on this will only be decided later?? For example, do you need an authorized representative....? As a small business owner, am I still the producer because the law (label is decisive) is being passed?
Will the date remain the one by which you have to have uploaded all registrations?
