EPR rules-shipping from Germany to other eu countries
Summary: oldtimersl is concerned about the restrictions imposed by the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) rules, which prevent them from selling and shipping to EU countries outside Germany. They mention that obtaining a license to sell in all EU countries is cost-prohibitive. bootyooty advises that while there are issues being discussed, any official changes would be communicated directly by eBay. oldtimersl notes that they found information online suggesting potential changes to the EPR rules that might benefit small businesses.
Dear ebay members
I would like to ask regarding the epr- Extended Producer Responsibility rules.
since august 12 . i can not sell and ship to other eu countries any more . only to Germany .
The full licence for 31 countries include eu would cost more than 20.000 euro it is not possible to pay, and not possible to sell any more to other eu countiers.
it is problem also for ebay.....
I hear about some changes will happen about epr, small business will not be effected or will be delayed .
Do you have any information ? can i continue to sell to other eu countries ?
Regards, Tamaa

Mentor2 weeks agoGoogle is not eBay.... if something is changed, then it comes directly from eBay and is also communicated.
The problems are known here and there have already been some threads about it where this was complained about.
However, no change is known.

Mentor2 weeks agoHey @oldtimersl where did you get this "new" info from then?
That sort of thing should be in eBay's news if changes are announced.
