Hello everyone,
Recently my mouflon specimen was removed from eBay, even though similar items can still be found online and my exhibit is not protected. This experience was surprising and a little frustrating. I'd like to hear from you:
Have you ever had similar experiences with items being removed from eBay?
How do you deal with it when your listing is removed despite apparently correctly following the guidelines?
Are there any tips for successfully communicating with eBay in situations like this?

Here you can generally check whether your listing actually does not comply with the policies or does:

The fact that the same item as the deleted ones is being sold on eBay does not mean that the item is allowed.
Deleting items on eBay happens 99.99% of the time through reports. So another user probably reported your item. By the way, you're also free to do that for items offered on eBay.

OP1 week agoYes, but a mouflon is not under protection at 100%
just like a roe buck. Over 20 mouflons are listed for sale on Ebay
and that’s always been the case without them being removed, pretty strange
