Hello everyone,
I’ve noticed that some packages are reported electronically, but then apparently don’t get processed any further. That often leads to confusion and uncertainty about when the order will actually arrive. I’m interested in whether other members have had similar experiences.
How do you handle situations like this? What steps do you take to solve the problem, and what support do you expect from sellers or eBay support?
I look forward to your insights and tips! 😊

What you’re describing here, I only know from small parcels, and with those you shouldn’t be surprised since they don’t have tracking and of course also no proof of delivery.
With “real” packages with a tracking number, eBay tracking can (and often does) lag behind. But if you track it directly with the shipping provider, you can see what’s actually going on.
You should expect the seller to only ship with tracking, since they’re at a disadvantage if the package (small parcel) doesn’t arrive or is supposedly not delivered. A seller should always have proof of shipping and delivery.
