Hello everyone!
Lately I’ve heard from some members that there are problems with money that was supposedly sent back, but in the end can’t be found. I’m interested in whether other members in the community have had similar experiences.
How did you handle cases like this? Were there any specific steps or tips that were especially helpful in solving the problem? And how did the communication with eBay customer service go?

Mentor3 weeks agoYes, these requests probably come up from time to time, just recently again. And as with almost all of these requests, the user simply couldn’t find the payment, which, unfortunately, is the case with most users. They make a huge fuss and don’t see that it has already been refunded, sometimes a long time ago.
If this should affect you too, here’s a little piece of advice: you have to keep at it and, if necessary, keep actively following up and at least speak up here if something isn’t right.

Where did you hear or read that? Statements like that are usually too broad and rarely substantiated, because buyer protection is actually taken very seriously on eBay and refunds to buyers are processed promptly.
How things are handled in each individual case, no one can predict.
