Wrong question. Not what payment method the buyers prefer, but what eBay requires. There are only a few items that may be paid for upon pickup. The normal way is for the buyer to pay eBay and then receive a pickup code, which they hand over to the seller when the goods are handed over. The seller then enters the code in the purchase details to receive their money from eBay.
