I bought an item as pictured and described, but received a completely different item.The seller is registered as "private," and even included a business card from his company.A return has been unanswered since 14/12.I wanted to contact eBay by phone, but that doesn't seem to be possible anymore either. What else could be done before taking legal action.Lg
