Hey dear eBay community, since eBay customer support is absolute crap and you only get to speak to specialist departments in third-world countries, we made a post here some time ago, but competent help still failed to materialize. This whole thing is meant as a cry for help, because we’re really starting to think about closing our account Since 30/11/2025 eBay has reserved the right to review the account. The first response, that all documents were illegible, came as early as 04/12/2025. Even re-uploading the documents has so far not led to any solution. Our documents (invoices for well over 200 sold items, as well as details of the managing directors and companies) have certainly been uploaded 5 times so far and were always requested again because something supposedly didn’t fit. Phone support is useless, the forum post hasn’t helped either so far, and eBay also doesn’t reply in writing by email or post. Our payouts are blocked and we don’t know how to solve the problem without contact from the other side (eBay).
