send invoice again to buyer
Hi, I sold an item and then, stupidly, clicked the button "mark as paid", and now I can’t undo it anymore and it also says in the buyer’s account that they’ve paid, but they haven’t yet. I also can’t send a new invoice. Does anyone have any idea about this?

Mentor1 week agoYou can now only cancel the purchase, and the buyer just has to buy again if they want to!
There are no other options.

Mentor1 week agoThen that’s tough luck. Why would you click paid if the buyers can only/are only allowed to pay via eBay eBay?
If a buyer has won several items, you could make him a combined package, which he could then buy via Buy It Now. Of course, that involves work on your part, and the buyer won’t be happy about the current situation either.
