Refund only the value of the goods. How do I do that?
A buyer didn’t pick up their package and it came back. They opened a case. How do I refund the item value now, since I don’t want to refund the shipping costs too, because it’s not my fault. When refunding through eBay, it always shows me the full amount.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf a case has been opened, you can only issue a full refund.
Without a case, you could have sent a partial refund based on the purchase details and deducted the shipping costs. With a case, that’s no longer possible.
