Change label for return
Hello .
I received a shipping label for my return
from the seller , which I couldn’t use
.
So, after discussing it with them, I sent the package with a different shipping label at my own expense .
For the return, the old status is logically still showing ( still needs to be shipped ) even though it’s already on its way .
How do I change the tracking or the label for the return ?

OP2 months agoHello and thanks for the replies.
The seller already knows.
I sent it via DHL tracking number - 358060615111

Mentor2 months agoAnd precisely to avoid that, that the tracking numbers should be posted here, they should be sent to the seller by message.
Such data are not welcome here and could be deleted.

OP2 months agoI didn’t know that . 😵💫. Should I delete the comments again ?

Mentor2 months agoNo, it's all good. If the moderation doesn't approve it, they'll delete it.
What's important is that your number is now on file and there won't be any problems later with the reimbursement.

·2 months agoHello @sebastiabreue-2 , thank you very much for your contribution. I can gladly note the new tracking number manually in the return, however the return shipment will not be tracked automatically. You would then need to keep an eye on it and track it, please, ideally.
@petersmodellbahnstuebchen thank you very much for the tag.
Best regards

Mentor2 months ago · EditedYou definitely still need to send the correct tracking number to the seller via eBay message in case there are problems later and it can be traced.
Also, the eBay staff member there can then take the tracking no. and record it.

Mentor2 months agoHi @sebastiabreue-2
then just post the tracking number and the shipping carrier here. Then the lovely @elke@ebay can take care of it in the return, thanks Elke. ❤️
Kind regards from the Baltic Sea
