Change label for return
Hello .
I received a shipping label for my return
from the seller , which I couldn’t use
.
So, after discussing it with them, I sent the package with a different shipping label at my own expense .
For the return, the old status is logically still showing ( still needs to be shipped ) even though it’s already on its way .
How do I change the tracking or the label for the return ?

Mentor3 weeks agoAnd precisely to avoid that, that the tracking numbers should be posted here, they should be sent to the seller by message.
Such data are not welcome here and could be deleted.

Mentor3 weeks agoNo, it's all good. If the moderation doesn't approve it, they'll delete it.
What's important is that your number is now on file and there won't be any problems later with the reimbursement.

Mentor3 weeks agoHello @sebastiabreue-2 , thank you very much for your contribution. I can gladly note the new tracking number manually in the return, however the return shipment will not be tracked automatically. You would then need to keep an eye on it and track it, please, ideally.

Also, the eBay staff member there can then take the tracking no. and record it.
