Hello everyone,I have a problem with shipping through eBay and am currently stuck. The buyer paid €10.49 for shipping because I had entered the weight too low (10 kg) when listing it. In fact, the package weighed 10.8 kg. As a result, I bought a shipping label through eBay for €18.99. However, there was a problem with this label at the branch, so I had to buy another shipping label on site for €18.99. The employee in eBay support was already going to enter the tracking number into the system on Tuesday, which apparently didn't work. In addition, I sent an email to "https://www.ebay.de/help/home" with the relevant images. Today I manually added the tracking number myself on eBay. According to DHL tracking, the package has already arrived at the buyer's place. Nevertheless, the shipment was not recognized by eBay in the meantime, and so far I have received neither a resolution nor a payout. I have also already spoken to several eBay employees on the phone, but was unable to solve the problem due to language barriers.
