Mentor1 month ago · EditedWhat was the exact day of delivery? From then on, you have 30 days buyer protection on eBay. If you're still within the time, you can still open a return with the reason that the item is not as described and the seller has to pay for the return shipping.

the 30 days for eBay Buyer Protection have unfortunately expired.
Try reporting a different item to the payment service provider.
If you paid with PayPal, for example, the deadline here is 180 days.
