Send the counterfeit back to the seller?
Hello, I bought an item on eBay that has clearly turned out to be a fake. eBay has already blocked the item. Do I have to send the counterfeit item back to the seller using a return label? Mailing counterfeit goods is illegal, isn’t it?!

I have put the processing of your case on hold for five calendar days so that you can send us an affidavit stating that the item will not be resold. You will shortly receive an automatic email from us with further instructions. As soon as we have all the information, the case can be finally processed.
