I can totally understand that you had problems, and you can count yourself lucky that there were no warnings - but that can still happen later on.
Your legally required business details are completely insufficient, and you clearly haven’t informed yourself at all about what you need as a business seller.
Example: No returns! As a business seller, that just doesn’t work!
