If there are discrepancies regarding a delivery, an inquiry is usually expected at first so that the problem can possibly be resolved without eBay. If that still doesn’t lead to a result, you can involve eBay for clarification.
However, further communication does not allow images to be sent. Can eBay now also access the previous communication, which takes place via the inbox, in order to make a final decision?
