Hello everyone, I bought a ratiotec coin counter CS 250 from an eBay seller in November 2024. After just 8 months, several foam parts are defective (on the ring and under the metal plate). However, the seller refuses to cover the shipping costs for the return in the warranty case and only refers to an alleged “carry-in warranty”. I have already tried to find “resolve a problem” or “open a case” in the app and also in the browser, but I can’t see this option. eBay just keeps telling me to contact the seller – I have already done that several times, without a solution. My question to the community: How exactly can I open a buyer protection case in this situation so that eBay decides?Can this only be done on a PC, or also in the app, and where do I find the button?
