Hello, if a case is marked "resolved" here, does anyone from Ebay still care about it? Or was I too hasty in thinking that marking the suggestion the colleagues from Ebay came up with as "resolved", i.e. accepting the solution, in the hope that this would lead to Ebay actually implementing the suggestion? Or does the case then disappear into nirvana as "resolved", even if you ask again for it to be implemented?Or do you just have to open a new topic then? ThanksRegardsChristian
