Good day,I am contacting the eBay forum because I have a problem with a case that has already been opened.I bought a DVD on eBay that, according to the seller, was shipped via Deutsche Post as a large letter.The tracking information only shows that the shipment was processed at the Hamburg logistics center on 21/12/2025 and then went “out for delivery.”There is no proof of successful delivery to my address.The item has not arrived with me.Since this is a large letter with basic tracking, there is no delivery confirmation, no scan upon delivery, and no proof that the shipment was actually delivered to me.For this reason, I have already opened a case for item not received, which was initially opened successfully as well.However, this case has now disappeared without the problem being resolved or me being informed about it.I therefore ask for clarification on the following:Why is the opened case no longer visible?How can I reopen or restore the case?How can a solution (refund or replacement) be reached in this case, since I did not receive the item?I have already contacted the seller, but so far without a satisfactory solution.Thank you for your support.Kind regards
