The case was decided in my favor - negative ratings are only partially removed?

Hello eBay community,a customer who placed an order with a total of 9 items gave me 8 negative feedback ratings yesterday.A case had previously been opened for this order, and it was decided in my favor.I then immediately submitted a request to eBay to remove the negative feedback ratings – for 5 ratings, the removal was also confirmed within 4 hours.This morning I wanted to have the remaining 3 ratings removed as well, but this time my requests were rejected.I’m now wondering why the same situa...

Hello @fzshopde,    thank you very much for your post.    First of all, I’ve closed all buyer protection requests, as the items have arrived with your buyer.
