Incorrect address information on eBay shipping label

Package to buyer came back today with the note "undeliverable". The address comes from the postage purchase on Ebay and is still the same today as it was 8 days ago. Unfortunately Ebay only has AI service now and it doesn't understand the problem. How can you get in contact with EBAY by phone?

on most eBay pages, the link to the legal notice can be found all the way at the bottom, you don't need to Google it or ask an AI 😉

... or you can open the eBay help pages and type "legal notice" there

Hi there

Ask a search engine for eBay's legal notice/imprint. That will also show a phone number.
