Incorrect input in the absence tool
Absence entered incorrectly. Instead of 1/8, I entered 12/8. It has been corrected in the meantime.
I sold an item today and unfortunately can only ship the item on 13/8.
I informed the buyer, but I have not received a response yet.

OP1 week agoif the buyer has no problem with the late shipping - how do I let eBay know then

Mentor1 week agoebay can't be informed there, you'll have to see how you can remove the defect later; if you've agreed on that, it will work.
Or you just mark it as shipped without entering the tracking number, but that could lead to further problems and you might have to wait up to 30 days for your money - I wouldn't do it that way.

Mentor1 week agoIt would be better if you cancel the purchase in coordination with the buyer before there are any issues because of shipping too late.
