Hello,
a seller (bought from him for the first time) wrote to me saying he had received a message from eBay that my delivery address was incorrect. He then sent me a photo of the delivery address. My name, the ZIP code, and the city were correct, but instead of the street a "post office branch" with a number was listed. This "post office branch" is in the neighborhood, but more correctly it is a DHL parcel shop. Anyway... this address - neither as a post office branch nor as a DHL parcel shop - is not listed at all in the delivery addresses in my account.
I would be glad if someone could tell me where this address is stored in my account so that I can correct it.

Mentor3 weeks agoHi @piffelborg you’re bringing up something I’ve wanted to pass along to the right place for a long time.
When I complete a purchase, my postal delivery address is the first thing shown there, and that’s where it gets shipped to as well, but as an option a little further down the page there’s actually a post office branch that it could also be sent to if I wanted. But I’d have to select it there; maybe it was the same for you and you accidentally chose the wrong one?
Take a look at your purchased item under "View purchase details" and see what it says there.

OP3 weeks agoMany thanks for the quick reply, bootyooty. Yes, I’ll make sure to watch out for that next time. I can’t access this page anymore to check it now. During checkout, this postal branch address is shown as the "pickup address". But shouldn’t this address — which I must have created myself — appear in my delivery addresses list, or not? Or is eBay offering this alternative itself and, instead of "DHL Paketshop", incorrectly entered "Postfiliale"?

Mentor3 weeks ago@piffelborg I never created such an address myself either; I think eBay did that for the users. It definitely isn’t listed there in my shipping addresses either.
