Incorrect price display for sold-out variants
Hello everyone,
I’ve got a weird problem with my eBay listings with variants and wanted to ask if anyone else has seen this:
As soon as a variant is sold out, eBay shows the wrong price for that sold-out variant in the browser. I can’t really say exactly which price it’s using — it seems like the price from another variant.
But this only happens in the browser (desktop). In the eBay app, everything is displayed correctly, even for sold-out variants.
I’ve also had customers ask me about it. Does anyone know this problem? Is it something on eBay’s end, my settings, or has anyone already managed to fix it?
I’d appreciate any ideas!
