wrong return number
Hello everyone,
I just noticed that the tracking number for my return doesn’t match the one listed in the return request. What can I do?
I still have three days left, otherwise I won’t get my money back.

many thanks for your message. I found the proof of delivery in the messages to the seller. Delivery only took place yesterday, so the seller still has time to process the refund themselves.
The tracking number itself can no longer be changed, but I have recorded the delivery.
If the seller has not initiated a refund by Wednesday, you’re welcome to get in touch again and have eBay Customer Service step in.

Mentor3 weeks agoWho was sent an email? The correct tracking number must be communicated to the seller via eBay message, otherwise the employee cannot see it.
